Certification & Insurance
In the State of Florida, inspectors are not licensed, however, they must be certified through the Department of Health (soon to be Department of Environmental Protection). By google searching CEHP, you will find this link:

At the bottom of the page you will see :Listing of all active Certified Environmental Health Professionals. Once you click the link an excel spreadsheet will open. At the very bottom of the spreadsheet are two tabs. Here you will be able to look under both tabs to find your inspector.

Our insurance is through BiBERK. A certificate of insurance is provided upon request to our clients.
REQUIRED Notification Form for Selection of Private Provider Inspector
In the State of Florida, we are required to have the Notification Form for Selection of Private Provider Inspector form signed in order to submit an inspection. Each site will need the property owner or authorized agent to sign and return this to us at cfsiseptic@gmail.com and we will complete any missing sections.
